Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to the UK, Germany and Finland. Postage and packing is free for all German subscription customers. Other countries might be available for shipping at an additional cost. Products will be shipped from Germany. AFFIX Labs does not intend to actively sell in other EU countries, however will not stop shipment to other countries or regions to respect freedom of movement of goods.
For German customers, we’ll send your items using a slow service which aims to deliver in 2 to 5 business working days however this can take longer, for other locations. because we sell subscriptions you will be able to expect a regular pattern of monthly deliveries after you subscribe.
Our aim of shipping products is to keep it affordable and we will automatically choose for the most economic option. since the shipment will only impact the timing of the first delivery this should not have a large impact on your experience with our company.
Although we will try to avoid delays we are reliant on shipping organizations that might be influenced by the pandemic or other circumstances.
We will make sure to deliver to the address given by you, and therefore can’t be liable for any incorrect details given during checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges
Products that haven't been used you can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to do so, please contact our Customer Service team at Hello@affixlabs.com and we’ll let you know what to do. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in this case.
Money back guarantee
We believe you and your customers will be happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied there will be no hard feelings. You can return the item to us and we will provide a full refund. However we will not be able to pay for the return delivery. Make sure to get a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us (and keep hold of it in case the delivery goes missing).

Damaged, faulty or the wrong products
If you receive your AFFIX Labs products and they are damaged or faulty, or you’ve received the wrong order, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please keep the packing materials, and the damaged items, and send photos so we can see what’s gone wrong.
We may ask you to return the items to us. If this is the case we will pay for the return delivery.

A few other things to note
Refunds will only be returned to the original credit/debit card used.
If you request a refund but do not return the items to us within 14 working days of letting us know, we won’t be able to make the refund.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which still apply.
